Questions about official Summit County court dockets and case records belong with the clerk that maintains the file. State trial-court records and town matters can have different custodians, even when the events occurred in the same place. This private reference site cannot enter court systems, change a setting, issue a copy, or give legal advice. The contact routes below identify where common requests should go, including case histories, hearing dates, filed documents, certified copies, municipal tickets, and proceeding transcripts.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route each Summit County request by the record or action needed:

  • A setting: check the daily court calendar, then confirm any conflict or reset with the responsible clerk
  • A case history: use the official search channels or request a Register of Action from Summit Combined Courts
  • A filed or certified document: submit the Colorado Judicial Branch Record/Document Request Form and wait for the clerk's quote
  • A municipal ticket: contact Breckenridge, Frisco, or the shared Silverthorne, Dillon, and Keystone clerk named on the citation
  • A transcript: use the separate reporter or transcriber request route because a hearing transcript is not a clerk-issued docket
